Finally, a Podcheck that you can sink your teeth into!
..and I have seen the future. Well, according to people like Todd Maffin and Wired Magazine, I have indeed cracked the code, (in some cases, months before others have voiced it). I know how this new media revolution ends, about 5 years before the current media conglomerate’s regimes finally succumb to the gradual-but-steady market pressures.
So, friends of Podcheck Weekly Review, I come to you with conflicting emotions.
- I feel the overwhelming let-down of knowing how this book ends,
- And I feel the excitement of knowing that I am about to re-read the book for the pure joy or reading it, without agonizing over every detail, and analyzing how each and every piece fits together.
There are two themes for today’s show:
- Foretelling the future
- Living the present
I’m also announcing that we are changing the name of this podcast from Podcheck Weekly Review, to… drum roll… Podcheck Review. I alluded to this several weeks ago, and the time has come. I promise you that, after you hear today’s podcast, you will know everything you need to know about what will unfold in the podcatastophere in the coming months.
